Try adding to our Extra Virgin Olive oil as a dip for our Gluten free chia seed and buckwheat, brown rice bread - yummy! Or add both to drained canned artichokes and marinate for at least 10 minutes and serve on top of anything even just salad leaves :)

Essential to our Marinated mushrooms
slice 2-4 cups mushrooms and pour over the following;
quarter cup EV olive oil
1 tsp or to taste Mary-Ann's Seasoning salt
1-2 tsp Mary-Ann's Mustard seeds
juice of half to 1 lemon
combine well and use with mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower or cabbage in any dish!
